Blast Mens Training is a men only gym in Southport that specialise in helping men over 30 get into great shape! We don’t operate like a typical gym. Every single workout is designed and coached by one of our amazing expert trainers.

We know exactly what it takes to help guys get into awesome shape (We’ve been doing it for years!) and more importantly feel incredible within themselves.
We take the guess work out of getting into shape yourself and guide you through the entire process.

The Workouts

We hit all of the main muscles groups, including legs, chest, shoulders and back, as well as incorporating a huge range of different exercise like

Strength training, cardio, Hiit, circuit training, crossfit and more. 
WE change it up every single sessions so it doesn’t get boring and you body doesn’t get used to doing the same thing. (Which typically happens when you go to a normal gym).
